(Extract from Kwok Ban San Man,Canton. 20th. October 1927)

Additional members for the Committee for the re-

organisation of the Provincial Kuomintang Department

in Kwongting: Chan Kung Pok, Kom Ngai Kwong, Ho Heung

Ying, Chan Fu luk, and Tsui Tin Sham 5 in all.

The He-organisation Committee of the Kwong Tung

Provincial Kuomintang Department consists of Tsang Yeung Po, Lan Wan Koi, Ma Chiu Chun, Li Man Fen, Wong Ping Kwan,

Wu Wan Chan, Tsin Tai Kwan, Tsim Kuk Chi, Fung Chuk Han,

Fung Tin Yu, Lo Wai Keung, Chu Ke Wa, Li Tsei Shem, Fan

Ki Mo and Me Hng Woon - 15 in number, all appointed

by the Central Kuomintang Department at Nanking. Uf late

of these 15 members, Tsang Yeung Po, Lem Wen Koi, Ma Chiu

Uhm, Li Man Fan, Wong Ping Kuan, Wu Han Chen, Tsin Tai

Kwan, and Chim Kuk Chi are absent from Canton on business

and have not been present at the meetings of the Committee

for a long time. Therefore some time ago the Branch

Political Council in Canton appointed to the Committee

five additional members Cheung Fat Fui, Wong Ki Cheung,

Chu Fai Yat, Cheung Ngan Shin and Tsui King Tong. Now

we learn that the Branch Political Council in Canton at

its 66th. meeting on the 18th. instant was of the opinion

that as the Provincial Kuomintang Department in Centon

was the supreme authority of the Kuomintang, its re- organisation could admit of no delay, end found that

despite the addition of the five members, the Committee

still had not been provided with its full number of

members, and that therefore a further addition was neces-

sary. Thereupon the following addition was proposed: -

Chan Kung Pok, Chan F luk, Tsui Tin Shem, Chen

Shu Yan, Kom Nai Kwong, Ho Heung Ying and Wong Hing Yat
